Due to the extremely large volume of campaign registration requests, please note that campaign approval is now taking 2-3 weeks because of the backlog with downstream carriers and providers as we approach the deadline for registration. Number pool requests (where you need to add > 49 numbers to campaigns) are also taking up to 4 weeks. Please note that these should only be requested once your campaign is approved. Please expect delays in campaign approval turnaround times. If you have submitted your brand and campaign and are currently awaiting campaign approval, messaging capabilities will not be impacted. If you have not yet created a 10DLC brand and campaign, messages might be subject to filtering from downstream mobile operators. If you are receiving errors when sending messages, please create a brand and campaign prior to raising a support ticket.
